Getting started with FamilyKeeper on iOS and Android is easy and only takes a few minutes:
STEP 1: Install the Parent App on your own phone and follow the instructions.
STEP 2: Install the Child App on your kid’s phone and follow the instructions.
Once installation is complete, FamilyKeeper will begin monitoring your kid’s device for their safety.
Please note: We currently only support the use of the iOS Parent app with the iOS child app and the Android Parent app with the Android Child app. We do not support the use of the iOS Parent app with the Android Child app or the Android Parent app with the iOS child app.

How do I reset my password on my FamilyKeeper account?
If you’ve forgotten your FamilyKeeper password, you can reset it by following these steps:
STEP 1: Go to the login screen on the FamilyKeeper Parent App.
STEP 2: Enter your phone number in the text box.
STEP 3: Click on “I forgot my password”. You will receive a code via SMS so you can reset your password.

I want to delete my account and associated data. How can I do this?
You can delete your account by logging in to the FamilyKeeper app, navigating to “My Account” and pressing the button at the bottom of the screen. (“To delete your account permanently, click here”).
- Please note that when you decide to delete your account, your data may be retained for an additional period of 30 days, after which, it will be de-identified. If you wish to delete your data immediately, please contact us at support@familykeeper.co
